A Note from SB’s Community Garden….
We had fun in fall sun this morning preparing our vegetable patch for the winter.
I was, as usual, touched by the welcoming presence of the trees and the fragrant plants growing there. There is an organic mixture of peace, calm, magic, and playfulness in the air there.
We dug up the herbs to winter over indoors and even harvested a few carrots, beets, eggplant, and tomatoes that have been hanging on. Look for our recent bounty in our sharing basket at SB.
We are looking forward to expanding the garden even more next spring. But for now we are concentrating on putting it to bed for the winter. Please contact me if you are interested in lending a hand. I promise you will enjoy just “being” there.

Elgin’s contract with Direct Energy also calls for 100 percent renewable energy. The price per kilowatt hour could have been slightly less without the commitment, but Elgin officials decided it was worth paying tenths of a cent more.
The waist high phlox are in full bloom and its looks simply heavenly in our Community Healing Garden. Heaven is all around us and it’s showing up with the many miraculous wonders that are happening in between the noise of our world right now. This time of year is the time to take a deep breathe and inhale the beautiful earth moments full of intoxicating sunshine, aromas, breezes, and pure enjoyment we are gifted as we surround ourselves with friends and families in our gardens.
When it’s hot like last weekend garden work must be done early mornings or late evening so we won’t melt. Wonderful Sandy is mowing the weeds down to make it easier for us to get the carpets pulled over for planting. We have many plants ready to go. This Friday and Saturday Dale and I will be in garden form 8-11 am. Please let us know if you’ll be there.
Besides every ones gifts of garden labor I also want to thank you all so much for your awesome donations!!! Looking forward to pure abundance in and out of the garden.

I am overflowing with love, joy and most of all gratitude for the heavenly powers that Dr. Jaena and I put our faith in knowing that the event would unfold miraculously just as it needs to for highest good of everyone.
Many thanks to all of you who came trusting us and preparing for a magical time with open hearts, universes of love, and crystal clear inspiration as we co-created this phenomenal experience together.
I am also grateful for Cindy’s plentiful gourmet delacies always served up with cosmic mega watt love. And for Karen, Nadine, Mary Beth,Yolanda, & Vivian whose gifts brought great peace and happiness to all.
I am so inspired by all the magical, loving intentions that were set, honored, shared and experienced by everyone. I’m continually amazed how we create even deeper connections with our selves, each other and our glorious earth each and every time we come together. It reinforces the true ability we have to co-create a new world vision outwardly from our collective hearts with a thriving energy that flows into every aspect of our lives infinitely evolving for the good of the entire universe.
Many thanks to all of the wonderful Green Heart Angels who came out on Sunday ..We had a great turn out..It was like a big family gathering in the fields and it reminded me of a deep connection to each other and the earth that I know is returning for us all.
In the slide show above you can see the amazing amount of work we got done in the garden just in time before the rain poured down to thank us. The birds were singing , the worms were wiggling and the caterpillars were unwinding , just so happy to see us all there. We already harvested some mint, nettles and thistle for teas.
Now we are looking towards one- two more days for clean-up. We are also looking for any organic seedlings or plants that you may have. So let us know if you do. We will be gone on our 3-day retreat “The Art of Thriving” this weekend. We’ll be relaxing and having fun out in Nature exploring and deepening all of our wondrous gifts and possibilities. Returning ready to get more work done in the garden. We’ll let you know our next work date soon.

Many thanks to all who came out to Vogelei Park today for our Earth Month kick off. It was so nice to meet so many new people
and get together with good friends. Special thanks to all exhibitors who invested your time to come out and create such a memorable experience for everyone.
We had a beautiful day at Vogelei Park today. What a wonderful day to celebrate our earth.
Fly a kite….learn how to identify trees… be mesmerized by a beautiful bard owl…see how much energy it takes to light up a bulb with a bike….recycle your old clothing and shpoes…learn how to tie a lure and fly fish..learn a greener way to eat…clean…create your own power with solar energy…see what green inventions the boy scouts and girl scouts come up with.. and even a greener way to do your taxes..if that wasn’t enough just relaxing in the sun at the beautiful Vogelei Park made my day,
Today reminded me of being a child just enjoying the sunshine , the wind in my kite and the freedom of the Park.
It was my absolute pleasure to present “The Art of Sustainable Living”
To Lauren and the rest of the wonderful people of the Lyme Disease Support Group at Sherman Hospital last night.
The biggest interests last night were in eating organic and living toxin free in our homes, schools and places of business.
Please support Lyme disease awareness and care.
Annual 5k run/ walk on April 15
I hope you can all join Dr. Jaena and I May 4-6 for..
“The Art of Thriving”
This 3 day retreat will be different than any of our reboot camps, workshops, and women’s retreat. This is the weekend when we consciously put our attention on remembering and co-creating heaven on earth within and without. This weekend will be our playground to be and become.
It’s time to feel deeply what that is like for you. As you remember even more, the more you will be able to bring it forth into your self, life and relationships. Healing, living and thriving will occur dynamically and together.
We will have the whole facility to ourselves. We will have time to enjoy nature, be ourselves and create, create, create with a wonderful community of heart based beings.
“Take care of yourself as a service to those you love including yourself.”
